​आज चैत्र नवरात्रि का पहला दिन है। इस बार नवरात्रि 19 से 27 मार्च 2026 तक है। इस दौरान बहुत से लोग पूरे नौ दिनों का व्रत रखते हैं। व्रत में खाने को लेकर संयम बरतने होते हैं। व्रत में खाने के विकल्प कम होने पर आमतौर पर लोग या तो लंबे समय तक भूखे रहते हैं या फिर तली-भुनी चीजें ज्यादा खाते हैं। इससे थकान, कमजोरी और डिहाइड्रेशन जैसी समस्याएं हो सकती हैं। इसलिए जरूरी है कि व्रत के दौरान ऐसी डिशेज चुनी जाएं, जो स्वाद के साथ शरीर को पर्याप्त ऊर्जा और पोषण भी दें। मूंगफली, मखाना, कुट्टू, सिंघाड़ा, दही और फलों से व्रत के लिए कई हेल्दी व टेस्टी डिशेज आसानी से तैयार की जा सकती हैं। इसलिए जरूरत की खबर में आज बात आसान और पौष्टिक व्रत रेसिपीज की। साथ ही जानेंगे कि- एक्सपर्ट: डॉ. पूनम तिवारी, सीनियर डाइटीशियन, डॉ. राम मनोहर लोहिया आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, लखनऊ सवाल- व्रत के लिए ऐसी कौन-सी डिशेज हैं, जो स्वादिष्ट होने के साथ पोषण से भरपूर भी हैं? जवाब- व्रत की डाइट में इस्तेमाल होने वाली कई चीजें पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर होती हैं, जैसे मूंगफली, मखाना, कुट्टू, सिंघाड़ा, साबूदाना और राजगिरा। इनसे कई हेल्दी और स्वादिष्ट डिशेज तैयार की जा सकती हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, रोस्टेड मखाना, कुट्टू चीला और राजगिरा पराठा जैसी डिशेज स्वादिष्ट होने के साथ पौष्टिक भी होती हैं। नीचे दिए ग्राफिक में व्र
