On March 14, Kreischer did shows in Fargo, North Dakota, and was headed to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for the next stop on his tour.
Prior to posting about the destroyed bus, Kreischer went live on Instagram to update his followers. In the video, the comedian was heavily bundled up and smoking a cigar as he walked outside in the snow. According to him, they blew a tire while traveling. “Here’s the scary part…” he said, panning where the tire should have been. “It flew off the rim,” he said. “So now, we’re sitting on the side of the road, which is not the f-cking best place to be in the middle of a snowstorm.”
Despite being stuck outside, Kreischer seemed to be in good spirits as he and his companions tried to figure out how to fix the tire problem.

As Kreischer told People, he and his crew left the bus and got into the other tour buses. In regard to the blown-out tire, he noted, “It was a fluke accident. We hit nothing, and it was no fault of the driver’s. We waited outside for a couple of hours.”
He and his crew then split up and boarded two other tour buses. The driver remained in the broken-down bus to wait for someone to come and fix it. On March 15, however, the driver said he heard a popping sound coming from the roof before seeing smoke.
Fortunately, he was quick to act and hurried out of the tour bus before the fire started. In his Instagram Stories, Kreischer shared a photo of the bus burning. He assured his followers that no one was harme
