The Supreme Court ordered a probe into Delhi hospitals denying treatment to a stabbed lawyer, expressing concern over access to emergency care. 

 The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh quashed the PSA against AAP’s Mehraj Malik who was booked last year under the PSA for ‘disturbing public order’. 

 Once represented by ex-CM Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, Jadavpur has come to embody one of the most distinguished and symbolically charged seats in the state. 

 “I look a little young, but my soul is very old. Keep an onion in your pocket. Nothing will happen to you,” Scindia said. 

 AAP MP further claimed that the Rajya Sabha Secretariat made no communication to him in his capacity as Floor Leader.
