Babulal Chaudhary, Chetan’s father, has refuted the allegations against his son and told HT that his son was being framed in the case.

 The notice states that the SIT believes Sampla is acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the cases and warns that non-compliance may attract action. 

 Chetan’s father Babulal Chaudhary said that he had neither heard of nor seen Siya before her name surfaced in connection with the case.
